If anyone still wondering whether I masih buat my part-time business, yes, bisnes still jalan. But according to my plan. not YOUR plan. Bukannya nak bodoh sombong berlagak etc. But I believe that everyone has their own strength, strategy, preference blablabla.. Yang baik2, saya amik dan copy, yg tak baik saya ignore. Dan alhamdulillah, walaupun tak kaya mendadak, rezeki sentiasa ada. Maybe sebab tak berniat "menipu" kot.. :)
Taapiii, saya memang tak cukup berkenan "strategi" yg digunapakai oleh sesetengah pihak. And it has somehow affected the MLM concept dari segi etika bekerja dan of course perception org. Well, I dont condemn semua bisnes MLM or direct selling, in fact, saya sendiri beli few products diorg (from different companies) and I like it so much. Cuma sekadar nak berkongsi pendapat diri sendiri. And after meeting some friends of mine yg buat bisnes jugak such as Takaful, Mary Kay, Zhullian, Cosway, PB, Avon, Tupperware etc.. banyak stories yg dikongsi bersama.
Antara statement "bikin panas" yg pernah didengar :
1. "Kalau nak kaya, business je la caranya, kalau makan gaji CONFIRM tak merasa nak shopping, vacation, ulur duit kat mak bapak.. Sebab tak sampai ujung bulan, duit sure x cukup."
Wow! What a statement. I strongly think, bukannya punca mana duit tu dtg yg membolehkan anda berbelanja sebegitu rupa, tapi its HOW you manage your income and expenses. If you dont know how to manage your financial, why must you assume that everyone else pun tak leh manage duit dia sendiri (yg dia dapat dr gaji bulanan dia?). If people managed to do semua perkara di atas dgn menggunakan gaji yg diterima bulan2 tu, they are superb. Amat lah berdisiplin dlm menguruskan wang. Some of us (yg makan gaji) feel that you have somehow meng"downgrade" kerja kitorg ni. Maybe this is your strategy to boost our motivation to get out from our comfort zone, tapi takkan lah sampai nak memandang rendah kat pekerjaan kami ni..
2. "Ikut je cara leader, duplicate bulat2, CONFIRM dapat..!"
Sorry, if you want to follow blindly, go ahead. I will not just become a follower because the rest are doing the same thing. I can think whether it is right or wrong. Contoh paling senang la, if you don't sell all 20 pcs of your stocks, jgn "pancing undi" dgn menipu prospect anda yg you have sold all of them. It is misleading, it's a lie. You're a liar. Kalau ini dikatakan marketing strategy, well, I studied marketing during my uni years, takde la pulak dlm syllabus kata suruh menipu style mcm ni. And I really don't get it why you want us to keep quiet and just agree to what you said during your "presentation" / "closing"..? Kalau salah, takkan la I have to angguk2 jugak..? Well, I'm sorry, that's is not me. Sama jugak when you are in the office. If the boss is saying something which is not right / against the policy, will you speak up or just duduk diam2. If you want to kipas bos, go ahead, I won't.
3. Tolak tepi segala alasan, orang yg gagal selalu banyak alasan.
It is true. But, alasan tu pelbagai. Ada yg logik, ada yg memang alasan. Kalau anak tengah sakit, takkan nak tinggalkan. Yang bercakap tu selalunya yang ada 'maid' kat rumah, takpun yang adik beradik atau mak ayah / mertua staying nearby. Kalau alasan belum bersedia, kebanyakan nya nak 'siasat' dulu pasal company's history, products, marketing system etc.. Sekarang ni byk yg menipu. Mestilah kena betul2 kenal dan faham. Kalau yg kata takda modal, bagi peluang untuk kumpul modal dulu, bukannya senang nak cari duit untuk set up business. Buat personal loan? Nampak mudah, tapi risiko nye diri sendiri yg tanggung. Takde org yg akan share risiko itu. Diorg hanya akan memberi kata2 "perangsang" je. Kalau kita 'tergilincir', senang2 diorg boleh kata kita tak cukup usaha.
4. Ini bukan sistem pyramid. Confirm tak sama!
Be careful. Be very careful. In the company's magazine / bulletin, ada tersenarai syarat2 dan cara2 yg tidak dibenarkan. But, if you didn't notice, the strategies are similar to what you applies / promote. A friend of mine noticed the similarities the minutes when she was approached and briefed by one of the "consultant". I'm glad that I'm a banker. Because banker selalu dapat awareness dari segi courses or news even tips tentang scam, fraud, money laundering etc.
5. Create excitement, achievement, testimonial. Show-off your achievement.
I know some people go to the extend where they create fake testimonials. Dan ada yg join the company trip by buying the ticket, even when they are still not qualified for the trip. Showing-off or sharing? This is maybe your marketing strategy. You know what is right or wrong.
